Treetrial @ Woodlands

No we haven't receive our booklets yet.
But because we wanted to have a better idea of how the buildings are sitted, we made our way down to Toa Payoh today. :)
The Models are ready for viewing, and we suppose the appointment will start soon. Well, we're getting so excited because everything is going on so well. <3 We're really lucky!

The Carpark: there is a roof top garden, and initially baby were thinking of getting the surrounding blocks will allow us to see the roof top garden. BUT! I no like !!!~ Coz it'll be so near the estate beside us (the premium ones) which I felt so insecure - too close.

So, within the estate, there isn't really much stuff there. And it is so compact, just look at the space between blocks. But well, what to do?

Our ideal block is at the far end of this photo, nearer to Woodlands Primary School........ because it's 5 mins nearer to my parents place. HA HA HA  no lah. It's because we like that area - no blockage around the school area if we stay around level 8.

Well, we were done in just 30 mins. :)
Tomorrow is only Tuesday.
Sigh!

SIDE NOTE:
Look at Nik Nik!! T.T
I was mopping the floor and he quickly jump onto the lil' sofa! <3

Finally Back !!

I manage to squeeze my luggage by sitting on it to zip them up, all because of this lil' sofa for niki wimpy!

Alrights, they didn't really sleeeep on it, but at least they played on it.

So, my weekend back in Singapore was awesome! The first thing I did, was to have baby fetching me, and we had a great dinner together. Finally I'm home. And of course, I quickly rush home to my dearest baby nik and baby wimpy! They were SOOOO HAppy!!

We didn't sleep until 2plus, and Niki Wimpy were soooo tired. <3

Saturday was good. We spent time at home and we went walking the dogs to look at our future site. No photos taken. So, we already have an idea of how we're gonna choose our flat. :D

A long walk, and manage to work out the two kids. They are getting fatter and fatter! And I promise myself to bring them for walks at least once every two days. I need them to excercise if not ah pui is getting fatter ~~ T.T

Sunday, we went to Kim's birthday celebration at Aloha.
Ah baby and I <3
Finally had some Satay!!!

HDB Que 107 !!

WE GOT OUR QUE NUMBER!
And both of us were sooooo excited and happy!

Treetrail - just 10 mins walk from my parents place.
Was just telling mum that in the future I can walk gougou to and fro her place, and she laughted at me, asking if I will be so hardworking! YESS!! That is if she were to cook for dinner! Good idea? ;)

Out of 234 units for 5-room, we got a lucky 107! Ronny is not so lucky, he is 318. But I was telling him, maybe he could come along and we'll see how things go. He will be looking for MP on Monday with my que number and his, so hopefully it helps.

Both baby and I were so so lucky this time round.
We were talking about it the last time, no matter where we stay, Sengkang or Woodlands, as long as we are together, this will be our home. <3

So, I am starting to think of how we should renovate our house liao! ho ho ho ~~

AIR CONDITIONER !!

IT'S HERE!!

We bought this for $700+, and frankly speaking, don't expect this lil' machine here to work like those permanent system kind that cools the room to 18degrees. It's average temperature swings around 26degrees. Better than nothing, I appreciate every bits of it around cox its making so much difference!! <3

LOOK AT BABY NIK!!

He's already starting to doze off in such cooling condition!

*snores*

And mum were saying that Winky might felt cold (coz he has lesser fur) therefore we decided to wear his pajamas on him. :D

And nik's.

Both of them slept so well that all of us refused to get out of bed. Niki didn't even wanna get off the bed!! I think, we made the right choice!

Site Visit; Waterway Cascadia

Since I'm not working today, we decided to make a trip down to Punggol for site visit!

Punggol is still a ghost town (now).
Constructions are going on all around that area. And the site for Waterway Cascadia, is not even rounded up yet. Imagine how dusty that place is right now.

This piece of land (below), will be the future Waterway Cascadia.

They have already placed a board there saying that construction will take place, but didn't indicate WHEN!

And so we walked along the water way, its a long stretch reaching from (nearly) Punggol MRT station to this site. It took us about 20-30 (slow) walk.

The evening will look like this in the home.

And another large piece of land waiting for development to happen.

TATA!
(Can't wait for the ballot results!)
