Wedding Photos

Notice I did not publish any wedding photos publicly.

Suddenly missing that period when I'm so busy arranging for our wedding stuff, photos and running around searching high and low for the snack bar and etc.

Suddenly all these became so-far-away memory.

Such a waste that Niki and Winter couldn't join us for this photoshoot.

And, looking back at these photos, I notice how slim I was back then........ COMPARING TO NOW.

After being single for a while, finally promoted to someone's wife, now a housewife, and going to be a mum in two month's time. How time flies. Wonder if I can do a good job in educating our child.

The Red Petals

Met up with Michelle from The Red Petals last evening, and we tied down many things..

Now, the decos for Solemnization table, Reception table, Snack bar, the Aisle, the Stairs, all will be nicely decorated! On top of that, Baby and I will be visiting Ikea and Daiso to shop for candles and some floral pieces, nice candle holders and so on. *love*

To me, it's not about the title "getting married" that excites me. Its more on the "moving on together" and doing all these things together, shopping for things, deciding and discussing about the whole event together, that makes me feel so loved. Even though we have different perception, but at the end of the day, we discuss and find a way out together!

GETTING MARRIED, is just a simplified term for people around us, to acknowledge that we are gonna stick together for the rest of our lives. But to us, it meant something more than that...

This marriage is so special to us. We both believe that its fate that brought us together, .... including the photo taking sessions which initially I plan to bring Niki and Wimpy for the photoshoot, became part of our Wedding Shoot, the super deal wedding photos we snap, the location of our wedding, the photobook, our holiday, shopping for gowns and suits, accessories and footwear, wedding needs and many many more... :) And everything we do, we do it together!

Really, I feel so loved. :)

I still can't decide which products to put on my snack bar. I wanted everything to go onto that table but I'm afraid its too small.... *BAHHHHHHHHH* Well, I shall give some careful consideration. Hmmm. :)

The Red Petals (Florist)

Getting prepared for the venue decos, am packed with stuff in my head. The Red Petal is one of the appointed florist for Amara, in fact they have two. But just that the other florist did not pick up my call, nor did reply my emails yet.

So we shall go ahead with what we have for now. :)

Hehe... Yes, I'm going for Yellow and brown color theme. And flowers will be Sunflower. Michelle actually recommended Gerberas instead of Sunflowers, which are smaller in size.

Well... will consider! :D

Today I finally ring up the florist and kept things going.

78 DAYS!!

As of today, I have 78 more days to my wedding.

And i'm not gonna go on a diet until the 50th day.
Our wedding bands are ready for collection.

Bridesmaid Dress!

I can have many many bridesmaid, but one Maid of Honour.
So, i'm looking for their dresses now! :D

Have went down to Love Potion @ Far East Plaza and saw some ideal pieces, but I need the girls to come down and try it on before deciding... Am excited!!

While I was wandering along Ang Mo Kio market hoping to bump into some nicce and cheap footwear and accessories, this special shop caught my attention!

I was so attracted to everything on display and I cant stop smiling like a silly kid! I wanted so badly for baby to come quickly coz there are so many nice stuff there!!

Attire Search !

Today is our 11th Monthsary, and since I'm on leave, we decided to go for some shopping! TARGET: DANIEL YAM!!

It started raining when we step out of house. :(

Headed to Far East Plaza for Lunch @ the chicken rice place

(no photos of food coz we're both hungry)

And next was Tangs! Were enthu about it, until we step into the half-torn-down building, and they dont even have an escalator. =.=

To our horror, Daniel Yam were gone!!!

The quick minded me quickly ask baby to search on the internet to find out their outlets.

MARINA SQUARE HAS IT!!!

FAIL ME.

So we headed straight to Daniel Yam, and spent an hour there trying more than 10 dresses of all sorts. The lady is so nice and really experience in mixing and matching.

I finally got my dress and we move on next to baby's attire! Mine all done. :D

He tried on some at those shops, but.....

FAIL.

So we ended up at Domanchi, and he finally got what he wants! <3 Well, since we're at town, and we suddenly remembered our photos from My Dream Wedding. Gave them a ring, and told them that we'll collect it NOW! :D

And so... we're left with Invitation card, guest list, meet the parents session, and some small details! :D Oh oh, and my shoes and accessories! T.T

Home sweet home at 8.30pm.
